If you have seen "Boot Camp" classes at gyms or in the local area, and want the same type of workout for a whole lot less and at your own time, then this app is for you!  With Boot Camp classes normally costing $75-$150+ a month, Boot Camp Trainer will save you money and give you more ideas for a great cardio workout.

Boot Camp Trainer is an intense cardio exercise app that is designed for those seeking a highly effective full body cardio workout.  Designed by a personal trainer, this free version app provides one workout with nine exercises.  The full version provides 3 different kinds of workouts and 27 exercises total.   These exercises will help make you stronger and have better endurance.

These exercises have been specifically selected and categorized from various boot camp classes of my own.  I have been teaching boot camp classes for several months to people of many different fitness levels.  

The design and layout are very simple and easy to use.  Each exercise includes a starting and ending position picture, along with a quick description on how to execute each exercise.

A stopwatch and countdown timer of 30, 45, and 60 seconds are included in the app.

The full version of Boot Camp Trainer has three routines to choose from: Basic Boot Camp, Advanced Boot Camp, and Towel Boot Camp.  These workouts do not require any weights, just a couple towels and a smooth floor if you choose the Towel Boot Camp.

I lost nearly 50 pounds by following the popular points tracking diet program. The only complaint I had was I couldn't use the points calculator application unless I had a good signal and internet connection.  I developed this points calculator to work without such dependencies.  For those of you who are strict weight watchers or even for those who are curious about the points tracking weight loss programs you hear about on television, this app will work for you.  It calculates points based on the figures you enter for fat, carbs, protein and fiber using the latest points plus formula introduced in the United States.

e-Predictor te ayudará a estar conectada con tu feminidad. Podrás conocer más de cerca cada una de las etapas de tu ciclo femenino, y programar alertas para estar atenta a tus períodos fértil y menstrual.

- Descarga la aplicación desde Android Market en la dirección "x", búscala a través de la plataforma o descárgala directamente en tu dispositivo.
- Ingresa el nombre de usuario y contraseña de tu cuenta de Google.
- Instala la aplicación desde Android Market en tu teléfono, o descárgala e instálala desde tu computador.
- Verás el ícono de e-Predictor en tu dispositivo, que al ser presionado te dará acceso a una pantalla en la que debes ingresar el número de días que dura tu ciclo femenino completo (entre 25 y 32 días), y la fecha de inicio de tu último período menstrual, datos que serán guardados por la aplicación y que puedes modificar cuando lo necesites, accediendo a través del botón "Ciclo".
- Luego, presiona el botón "Calcular".
- La aplicación te mostrará la pantalla "Hoy", posicionándote en el día del ciclo en el que te encuentras, con tu estado de ánimo correspondiente.
- En la pantalla "Mes", verás los días de tu ciclo en un calendario mensual. El color verde indica los días el período fértil. El color rojo indica los días de tu período menstrual. El emoticón señala los día de mayor fertilidad de ciclo.
- En la pantalla "Alarmas" podrás programar alertas para que recuerdes el primer día de tu período menstrual y el inicio de tu período fértil, ya sea para el mismo día, o con 1 ó 2 días de antelación.
