A workout plan is like a business plan for a business. It keeps track of where you start, how you can reach your goals, and when you will attain your goals. A three-month plan is one of the most effective ways to keep you accountable and your goals attainable.

The 3 Month Muscle Building Workout Plan is broken down into four-week periods. Each period focuses a specific goal or skill, and you exercise five days a week, 3 days of weight lifting and 2 days of cardio. On the days that you do not work out, perform exercises that help you recover, such as stretching, yoga or postural exercises.

Week 1: Foundation
Week 2: Skill
Week 3: Hypertrophy
Week 4: Strength

This 12-week workout program is designed to provide you with a base level of strength, muscle and fitness that you can then build on with other programs, heavier lifting, or intense sports. This muscle building workout is for late beginners to intermediate bodybuilders who wish to add muscle mass and also add strength, and need a new or different training approach.

Mindroid is an AVS (Auditory Visual Stimulation device - aka Mind Machine or Psychowalkman) app for Android.

It works! I'm 46. When I started the program I was 220 lbs. and feeling it. By feeling it I mean sluggish and suffered from lower back pain. I am on week 9 now and feel great! I'm at 197 today! Besides dropping the weight I FEEL the muscle gain! If you follow the nutrition program as well as the workout routines you won't regret it!

Attention to detail is amazing! I found out that it's much easier for me to follow a written plan, be it the workout or the special diet. This app is perfect! It tells you what to do, when to do it, how to do it, WHY you want to do it, shows you pictures of what and how. It tells you what to eat and when to eat it. And i love the built in timer(s). Well worth the money he's asking for it (that's a huge understatement!) Thank you!

Insanity Companion App is designed to keep track of the Insanity 60-Day Workout designed by Shaun.T. ICA Tells you which workout is due each day, It contains the full Insanity Calendar where you can quickly view previous workout statistics.
Also keep track of your Fit Tests and Measurement details (including Photos)

The app allows you to track your Calories burnt and Heart Rate stats for each workout. How do I know how many calories I burnt? You'll need a Heart Rate monitor for this. Why doesn't the app provide an estimate of calories for each workout? This would be incredibly inaccurate as each person will burn varying calories depending on age, weight and sex. e.g a couple complete the same workout together at full Intensity the female at 5'6" 135lbs will burn around 400cal the Male at 6'2" 202lbs will burn around 600cal. The most accurate way to know calories burnt is to wear a monitor this app simply give you a place to store your data.

This is a redesigned version of our previous application.
