This app adjusts itself to your current fitness level and has a timer and everything! I just want TWO more things. To the creator: can you add Bicep curls and Shoulder raises? I have high blood pressure and I have to repeat a day twice, sometimes 3 times for pushups and pullups, the headaches are unbearable BUT I see results. Im already on week 5 for everything but after 2 sets of 30, instant headache. Gotta see a doc |

The rest timer is a bit frustrating when time is of the essence. The graphs are a good tool to watch progression. |

[2012-12-29] A Google User: Real Progress, but... ... I wish I could add a generic exercise, where I can title it, set a goal and initial reps, and include it in my daily routine. I do curls with the rest of my exercises, but wish I could track my progress along with the other exercises. |

What makes it great is that now I've got all those multi-rep exercising programs in one place. Superb, no nonsense, no clatter graphics. Well done! Still there is some room for improvement, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. It would be great if users could add their own exercises (each with its own "statistics", "settings" and "reminders") like: * handstand push-ups (probably the best exercise for your shoulders), * supinated-grip pull-ups (with palms facing your body; it's much easier than pronated-grip pull-ups) * ab roller reps * plank (this would be a static hold exercise - number of reps would have to be replaced with time) * wall sit (again time-based) * L-sit (time-based) etc. The app works really well as it is but I believe it could be even better. |

I start week 4 next week and its fairly challenging and I look forward to completing the entire 6 weeks. I would only ask for a timer in the corner of each screen to check how long it's taking you to complete the exercise. |

[2012-09-02] A Google User: Nifty app; would love to see it developed further. A sleek, well-designed workout scheduler app. The interface is clean and vibrant and offers excellent accessibility. So far the generated fitness routine is working well. I would love to see some additions to the app in the future: 1) Details, information and illustrations surrounding each of the five available exercises - correct methodologies, procedures and so forth. 2) A fitness maintenance schedule that after the six weeks keeps one's level stable. 3) Greater use of smartphone capabilities with relation to rep counting - proximity sensors for press-ups, gyroscope for sit-ups, etc. I know that's a lot to ask from an app, but these are just some further suggestions to garner it that fifth star if they were slowly implemented over the course of future updates. Otherwise, still a good and handy app for setting out an exercise pattern and keeping rack of it. |
