It works! I'm 46. When I started the program I was 220 lbs. and feeling it. By feeling it I mean sluggish and suffered from lower back pain. I am on week 9 now and feel great! I'm at 197 today! Besides dropping the weight I FEEL the muscle gain! If you follow the nutrition program as well as the workout routines you won't regret it!

Attention to detail is amazing! I found out that it's much easier for me to follow a written plan, be it the workout or the special diet. This app is perfect! It tells you what to do, when to do it, how to do it, WHY you want to do it, shows you pictures of what and how. It tells you what to eat and when to eat it. And i love the built in timer(s). Well worth the money he's asking for it (that's a huge understatement!) Thank you!

First off, on the first bug I came across: Week 1 Day 1, Exercises done was Flat Bench w/ Straight bar, Dumbbell Flat Bench Press, Dips on machine, Lying tricep extensions, Standing Tricep pushdowns. Now on the exercise tracker, checking my results nothing was recorded for Tricep Pushdowns. I noted this in my previous review (no response received). Second Bug: Week 1 Day 3, Seated leg extensions, Squats, Calf presses on machine, Seated Military press, dumbbell raises to the front, Decline weighted Crunches. Checking the Exercise Tracker again, on "Shoulders Progress" not only is Seated Military press not even listed, but also Dumbbell raises to the front. "Abdominals Progress" Decline weighted crunches not listed, but Cable Crunches is? Please fix this ASAP, as it is a paid app, and would rather have a refund than struggling. |

A calender to configure reminders to eat each of the 6 meals per day and perhaps also to remind me of my workouts. Is this something you are considering adding? Adding this and water drinking reminders linked directly to the phone's calender will make you're app completely potent. 2. A food calorie counter, together with the above will certainly ensure that your buyers reach their goals and refer friends to buy it. |

I love the idea of this app and can't wait to get started on it but 1 thing that eludes me is how much weight to use. The app says warm up weight, moderate weight, and heavy weight. It would be nice if there was some kind of max out calculator that could just tell me or give a rough estimate of how much weight to use rather than me having to just guess and hope I use the right amount. [2013-07-03] A Google User: Good at first. Excellent now. I like the routines 4-6 reps to exhaustion. Also only 3 day routine. I think I have probably been overtraining in the past. It appears to work as I am improving rapidly despite being 56 and weight training for 20 + years. The updates mean you can fill in your previous best by tapping a button and then change it to create a new personal best. The final improvement was the ability to put in the actual reps you managed. No point in increasing the weights when you only managed 4 reps. Update Still improving 6/5 |

Some of the exercises require machines and if you don't have access to machines, he's willing to help substitute the exercises for what you have (in my case, free weights).
