- Messages and accounts can be exported from Cabbage Lite.
- Long press on a message thread to sent the thread via email
- Long press the send button to temporarily override the default account and send with another account
- Assign a contact to an account so that all messages sent to that contact to be sent using the chosen account

- A widget that shows the number of unread messages. Note that widgets are disabled if an application is installed on the SD card

Notes:
The app requires permission to write APN settings to work around connectivity problems with O2's network.
The app will not currently work for O2 customers using their phones abroad due to a security measure introduced no the O2 website. Contact cabbagetexting@gmail.com for a workaround.
Vodafone now requires that a 'captcha' image be completed before sending the first text of a session. The image will pop up and can be completed within the app. This should only have to be done once a day
Three customers must register with the Three network's new webtext system at http://webtexts.three.ie and update their account in the app with their new pin to continue sending messages

Rescue Pigeon is an application that utilizes the phones current Bluetooth technology to emit a distress signal if the phones user is ever stranded or stuck do to a natural disaster somewhere without sufficient enough cell phone coverage.Rescue pigeon is also equipped with a chat function that allows you to chat with your rescuer. Somebody Save Me

This app is the companion to Emergency Text Alert (ETA).  Please download Emergency Text Alert.

It could save your life.  Or it could keep you from getting really upset with someone.

After your “hero” downloads and sets up ETA, you download this app and…

Select your “hero” from the Contact List.  Check to see that the phone number that is selected is correct.  If not, edit it manually.

Enter the Alert, Emergency, and Disable codes that match the entries in the hero’s ETA app.

To trigger an Alert or Emergency, select this app and click on one of the buttons.

To cancel an Alert or Emergency, select the app and click on Disable.

If you have enabled (Settings/Location & Security) “Use wireless networks” or “Use GPS satellites” your location will be transmitted along with any Alert or Emergency message.

Emergency Text Alert

It could save someone you love.  Or maybe just save you from being chewed out because you didn’t hear that important text arrive and never even checked for the little icon at the top of the screen.

Here’s how it works.  Download the app, then…

Select anyone in your contact list.

Enter the code words or phrases that will trigger an Alert, an Emergency, or will be used to disable either.

Be sure to select a code that is unlikely to occur in any text message.

If the potential caller has an Android Phone, have them download SomebodySaveMe.  Enter the matching codes in that program.  Otherwise, just let them know the codes.

When a code is detected in a Text Message, a Notification will be posted.  The Notification will repeat every two minutes.  To respond, pull down the Notification Bar and click on the Notification.  You’ll be able to click and call back the calling number.

If the caller is using SomebodySaveMe, and has a location service activated, you’ll get a map of the caller’s location.
