You can't use this program without rooted phone, but you can use "Keystore Notifier" instead.

You need this application only if you are using WiFi (not only)
authentication which hold keys and certificates in a secure storage (keystore).
This application can unlock your keystore each time your phone starts.

Suggests to activate credentials storage (keystore) as soon as WiFi network requiring it becomes available.

If your phone is "rooted" you might want to use "KeystoreUnlocker" program for auto unlock on device boot
