Suggests to activate credentials storage (keystore) as soon as WiFi network requiring it becomes available.
If your phone is "rooted" you might want to use "KeystoreUnlocker" program for auto unlock on device boot

The secured network (eduroam) is available, but my phone still fails to connect until I manually go into Network Settings and enter the credential storage pass. |
