Call Announcer provides an audible caller id for your Android phone.  Utilizing your contact list and Google’s Text to Speech (TTS) capabilities, all incoming calls are announced alone or over your current ring tone.  Incoming SMS messages can also be announced and Read.  All announcements are fully customizable.

This application does not announce calls over Bluetooth devices.  Buying the license for the application will not enable that functionality.

Text messages can be announced over some Bluetooth devices.  Try the free version to see if it works with your device.

This is the License for the Call Announcer application.  It will unlock the 'Use as ring tone' and 'Read SMS Messages' options from that application.
