Båtbussguide is your audio guide for the river busses in Karlstad. You can listen to information about the places you pass at the same time as seeing where you are on the real-time map.

** About the River Busses **
During the summer months you are able to travel on river busses and experience Karlstad from the water. The River Busses are operated by Karlstadsbuss. There are seven different routes that offer fantastic trips around central Karlstad and out to the archipelago. New for this year is this iPhone App with audio guide amongst other things. The boat trip is both relaxing and interesting!

** About the App **
Båtbussguide should be primarily used when you travel on the river busses. With the App you can lean back and listen to a guided tour of the waters around Karlstad in your headphones. You can see the position of the boat on the map on your mobile (rather like a GPS navigator in your car). The map is constantly updated via GPS and the audio clips start automatically when the boat passes each place. There are over 50 interesting places in the guide that the boats pass.

** Functionality **
« The position of the boat is shown on the map in real-time using GPS.
« The commentary starts automatically as the boat passes each place.
« A list of all places makes it easy to listen again to a specific commentary.
« Timetable for all river busses.
« All audio material is included in the App (to reduce roaming charges for foreign visitors and people without free data traffic). It is only the maps that are downloaded. The boats are equipped with free Wi-Fi (wireless internet).
« Continuous use of GPS in the background may reduce battery time.
« Works on iPhone 3G, 3GS and 4 (with in-built GPS).
« Available in Swedish, English, Spanish and German (as separate Apps in the Android Market).

Båtbussguide es una audioguía de los autobuses-barco de Karlstad. Puede escuchar explicaciones sobre los lugares que pasa mientras puede ver en tiempo real en qué lugar del mapa se encuentra.

** Sobre los autobuses-barco **
Durante el verano dispone de la la oportunidad de viajar en autobuses-barco y descubrir Karlstad desde el agua. Los autobuses-barco forman parte de Karlstadsbuss. Hay siete líneas que ofrecen fantásticas rutas alrededor del centro de Karlstad y por su archipiélago. La noticia de este año es esta aplicación para iPhone con audioguía. ¡La travesía será, por tanto, relajante e interesante!

** Sobre la Aplicación **
La Guía del autobús-barco se utilizará principalmente a bordo de los autobuses-barco. Con esta aplicación, puede sentarse y escuchar una visita guiada alrededor de Karlstad en sus auriculares. Verá dónde se encuentra el barco en el mapa del teléfono (de la misma manera que un navegador en el coche muestra la ruta por carretera). Båtbussguide ist Ihr Tonguide auf den Bootbussen in Karlstad. Sie hören Beschreibungen über die Plätze an denen Sie vorbeifahren - gleichzeitig sehen Sie auf der Karte wo Sie sich in Realzeit befinden.

** Etwas über die Bootbusse **
Während des Sommerhalbjahres haben Sie Möglichkeit mit den Bootbussen zufahren und Karlstad vom Wasser aus zu erleben. Die Bootbusse stehen unter der Leitung von Karlstadsbuss. Es gibt sieben Linien, die phantastische Rundttouren im zentralen Karlstad und Fahrten in die Inselwelt anbieten. Neu für dieses Jahr ist u.a. dieser iPhone App mit Tonguide. Die Bootfahrt wird sowohl mehr entspannend als auch mehr interessant.

** Etwas über den App **
Der Bootbusguide ist in erste Linie für die Touren auf den Booten gedacht. Mit diesem App können Sie sich zurücklehnen und die Fahrt auf dem Wasser durch die Kopfhörer geniessen. Sie sehen in Ihrem Telefon auf der Karte wo sich das Boot befindet (genauso wie ein Navigator im Auto den Weg zeigt). Die Karte wird immer auf den neuesten Stand gebraucht mit Hilfe der GPS-stellung. Die Tonabschnitte mit Beschreibung der Sehenswürdigkeiten starten automatisch, wenn das Boot an den Objekten vorbeifährt. Im Tonguide gibt es über 50 interessante Plätze, die das Boot passiert.

** Om båtbussarna **
Under sommarhalvåret har du möjlighet att åka med båtbussar och uppleva Karlstad från vattnet. Båtbussarna trafikeras av Karlstadsbuss. Det finns sju linjer som erbjuder fantastiska resor runt centrala Karlstad och till skärgården. Nyhet för i år är bl.a. denna iPhone app med ljudguide - Båtresan blir både avkopplande och intressant!

** Om Appen **
Båtbussguide skall i första hand användas när du åker med på båtbussarna. Med denna app kan du luta dig tillbaka och lyssna på en guidad rundtur på vattnet runt Karlstad i dina hörlurar. Du ser var båten befinner sig på kartan i mobilen (på samma sätt som en navigator i bilen visar vägen). Kartan uppdaterar sig hela tiden med hjälp av GPS positionering och ljudavsnitten, med berättelse om respektive plats, startar automatiskt när båten passerar. Det finns över 50 intressanta platser i guiden som båtbussarna passerar.
