Choice Dialer Plus Free is a hands-free Voice Dialer, with voice confirmation and added commands and options.  It confirms commands interactively by voice, making it much safer for driving.

it does not need a data connection (except for dictating texts and emails) and has many configurable options.

Speech recognition in US English only.  I'm sorry but I do not have access to other languages.  Other English accents will work to a lesser degree.

TIPS:  

1.  When confirming a command, say "That is correct" rather than "Yes", as the shorter word is often lost in the noise.
2.  For best recognition, enter the full names for your contacts, even "Mom" and "Dad".
3.  Press "Menu" as the app listens for Help and Settings panels.  Not all features are enabled by default.
4.  Speak confidently and naturally.  Speaking-word-by-word-often-hurts-more-than-it-helps.

BLUETOOTH
1. You need Android 2.2 or later for hands-free dialing over Bluetooth
2. Some phone users report that they need to remove their phone's battery for 5 full minutes before the Bluetooth Voice Dialing works.

When your phone is ringing, Caller Locator uses the incoming telephone number to display the caller's geographical location. This can help determining who's calling when incoming number is unknown, especially when the call is from a foreign country.

Install this application now and just wait for the next call!

Note: Certain lock screens prevent this app from displaying the location of the caller when the phone rings. In this case, it is completely useless, you can uninstall it and you don't have to post a bad comment ;-) I'll try to fix that soon if I can. Nevertheless this app currently runs over 20000+ devices so it works on them at least!

Caller Locator also provides three additional features:
* Add personal telephonic prefixes to recognize big organizations you know or be more precise for locations of which you know the prefix (NEW).
* Vibrate at the end of a call to confirm that the conversation has ended.
* Display the call duration when call ends (beta).

Details:
* Calling country is always mentioned.
* When the call comes from a land phone, a more precise position (such as state, region or department) is given for certain countries: U.S., Canada, India, United Kingdom, France, Switzerland.
* When the call doesn't come from a geographical number (mobile phone, VoIP, special number, ...), the name of the operator is provided for certain countries: France.
* The main screen of the application is only for configuration purpose. The application is active since its installation.

Limitations:
* Locating the caller is only based on the incoming phone number.
* So this application do not physically geolocalize the caller because to date, this is not technically feasible.
* Mobile originated calls will thus always be localized as if calls were emitted from their original country.
* The localization process can thus also be wrong if caller has a ported number.
* The localization can be impossible to achieve when the phone, its SIM card and the calling country do not match (travel or imported mobile)

# 注意
* Social IMEへの単語登録は一度行ってしまうと削除できません。登録した単語は他のユーザーと共有されますので、個人情報等の登録はしないようにしてください。
* このアプリケーションは単語変換に特化しています。長文の変換を行いたい場合には文節変換が可能なGoogle変換マッシュ等の使用をお勧めします。
* 端末で使用しているフォントに存在しない文字は文字化けし、四角等で表示されます。(特に変換等行っていませんので、何らかの手段で保存すれば他の端末から読める場合もあります)
* ユーザー辞書への登録については各IMEアプリケーションで登録方法が画一されておらず、外部アプリケーションからの登録に対応していないものも多いため、今のところ対応の予定はありません。
