The GPS Test app for Android is a utility that shows GPS information read from your phones internal GPS. Will support GLONASS phones. The app has several colour schemes, which could be used to match other instrumentation, used along side the app. It has a "night mode" colour scheme as well.

Ghost Commander is a powerful, dual-panel, customizable, ad-free and donation supported file manager for the Android platform.

Once installed, you can efficiently manage your files, copying and moving them from one panel to another. Open files and folders by simply tapping on the left and select single or multiple items by tapping on the right side, where the size/date info is situated.
