Screebl Lite - Battery Saver (v. 2.8.4) Разработано keyeslabs.com |
Get your Screen on! Screebl is an application that controls your screen based on orientation. Never have the screen turn off again while using your phone, and SAVE BATTERY too. It's possible with Screebl!
Screebl works based on a simple observation: we generally hold our phones or tablets in roughly the same positions when we're using them. Screebl uses the accelerometer in your mobile device to detect how you're holding your phone, and when your device is within a configurable range, the screen is kept on. Move out of that range, and Screebl releases the lock and the screen is allowed to go off. It sounds simple (and it is), but it works amazingly well!
How does Screebl save power? Well, it's simple. On most phones, the screen is the single largest consumer of battery power. With Screebl running you can reduce the average amount of time that your screen is on by only keeping it on when you're ACTUALLY using your phone. The amount of savings can vary significantly by device and usage patterns, but it is not uncommon for users to see savings of 20% or more. See our web site for more details.

[2013-08-25] A Google User: Awesome utility! Nice concept!Would really love if you could give option to disable dropdown and/or status bar notification. Works like a charm on my Nexus 4. |
[2013-08-15] A Google User: Amazing Battery Saver! Works perfectly and is fully customizable to ensure a perfect fit with you and your phone use. What are you waiting for? Get it and save battery power like a boss. |
[2013-08-09] A Google User: Works on my a HTC but not on my Sony Xperia Z I love this app but it seems unable to get any motion sensor signal from my XperiaZ. Developer pls help :-( |
[2013-08-03] A Google User: Just an icon All it does is tell me I'm within or out of range. The screen never actually goes off. |
[2013-08-01] A Google User: Great app I love the app but the only thing that bothers me is the fact that I cannot get rid of the notifications when I updated to Android 4.3. If you could fix this I would be even more happy. I don't like to see any notifications. Thanks for the cool app! |
[2013-07-31] A Google User: Not for my Samsung S3 As I watch this app in the portrait option (set to 55-90) with the arrow flickering around 80 and therefore being constantly in the green. The screen turns off after 15secs....! errr why? |
[2013-07-30] A Google User: So far so good Seems to do what it states good app |
[2013-07-29] A Google User: Cool. |
[2013-07-13] A Google User: used to be flawless ... ...on my galaxy s2, but now on htc one, it stays on on the lock screen, possibly making it eat lots of battery when in a pocket for example :-( |
[2013-07-12] A Google User: Great for my nexus, not working for my Acer tablet... I find the app brilliant for my phone, however it doesn't work for my Acer A1 tablet... To Maher it worse the tablet doesn't have a light sensor so I really need this! |
[2013-07-09] A Google User: No more annoying screen timeouts! Read about this app on one must have app blog. Installed it and realized how convenient it makes reading on phone. Good work! |
[2013-07-09] A Google User: One flaw keeps it from being on my phone... I like this app but it doesn't seem to work if the phone is tilted. For example if I'm in bed on my side and the phone is not perfectly up and down, it never registers. Not sure if this is a phone limitation but it is annoying. |
[2013-06-19] A Google User: Brilliant but has a flaw Really useful app - but when the phone is on its side (eg when you are lying down) the screen turns off, which is bad. It should only turn off when the phone is flat on its back! I un-installed the app due to this but had to reinstall within a few hours, indispensable! |
[2013-06-15] A Google User: Problem solved! My Nexus 4 has an annoying bug where the screen blacks out while I'm in a call, then stays blacked out no matter what I do. Some on the forums claim it's the proximity sensor, but it happens when I use the speaker, as well. Anyway, this app works great! My screen now stays active while I'm on a call, and when it does time out I just have to move my hand slightly and the screen activates. BRILLIANT. |
[2013-06-13] A Google User: Good Good |
[2013-06-10] A Google User: Just one word, AWESOME!! AWESOME!! |
[2013-06-04] A Google User: Not working |
[2013-06-02] A Google User: Not with my phone Doesn't work at all with my Samsung galaxy centura. Disappointing since it was must have app on my razr. |
[2013-06-02] A Google User: doesn't work the notification tells me when it is 'within recognised range' and when it is 'out of range' but it doesn't do anything about it. from the description, i assumed that the app was supposed to turn off or dim the screen at a certain angle. |
[2013-05-24] A Google User: Most useful app on the market. Just gotta get in the habit of turning off your screen. |
[2013-05-18] A Google User: nexus 4 not working in nexus4 |
[2013-05-15] A Google User: Must have app First app installed on new S4! Will Never go without! Thank you! |
[2013-05-14] A Google User: Root bug fix Rooted and installed CyanogenMod and lost stay awake feature.. With this app it's actually better than having the stay awake feature.. :) For those complaining about forgetting to turn off the screen before sticking it in your pocket, that is operator error NOT dev error. Blame yourself for not being smarter than your phone... |
[2013-05-14] A Google User: Very cool and handy |
[2013-05-12] A Google User: It's not working on my nexus 4 |
[2013-05-10] A Google User: awesome. I am amazed by how well this works. so much better than smart stay. bought paid version. |
[2013-05-07] A Google User: Excellent Recently update don't work 100% |
[2013-05-05] A Google User: Very useful for anyone coming from stock On cm there is no option to keep screen on while the phone is in use. While stock software offers it, it lacks in many other areas compared to an AOSP Rom, including performance. Using screebl allowed me to substitute smart stay from touchwiz very effectively, and perhaps even better, because the phone can be skewed and I do not need to make sure I am looking at it to prevent the screen from turning off. |
[2013-04-28] A Google User: Awesome I always have screen time out issues when I'm holding my phone in the car, using GPS. This app solves the problem perfectly. |
[2013-04-23] A Google User: Screensaver Awesome |
[2013-04-20] A Google User: Uses 4% of my daily battery |
[2013-04-12] A Google User: Battery Saver Really keeps my screen on and saves battery like woah! |
[2013-04-11] A Google User: Works great Battery saver working great |
[2013-04-10] A Google User: Superb Working great on my phone. Very happy :-) |
[2013-04-09] A Google User: Great app |
[2013-04-05] A Google User: Clashed With my Edmundo running app. |
[2013-04-03] A Google User: Saves battery like woah Your phone no longer let's the screen stay on if you aren't holding the phone in the position you normal do while looking at the screen. How awesome! No more battery drain from my screen randomly turning on while my phones in my pocket. |
[2013-03-31] A Google User: can't see what it did really can't see the different before and after i download this,or maybe i am a terrible user |
[2013-03-19] A Google User: Essential Awesome. Great in combo with Juice Defender and Lux, solving the biggest battery drainers, the screen and 4g cell connection. Especially great for AMOLED screens. Makes my phone easier to use. Screen on when you want it on, off when you want it off! I am using the beta version of Screebl, because this doesn't work properly on 4.1, but I'm OK with that because the beta is great and I just wanted to support the developer! |
[2013-03-17] A Google User: Atrix 2, buggy after ICS. Worked flawlessly in 2.3.6. Now after ics, doesn't work anymore. Doesnt detecting anything. |
[2013-02-24] A Google User: Super helpful I no longer feel like I have to touch the screen every minute to keep the phone awake. Makes interacting with the device much more pleasant. |
[2013-02-19] A Google User: This is outdated If you're having problems with this version, use "Screeble beta". The beta has a bunch of compatibility improvements and will eventually be rolled into this version. However, the beta does NOT have support for the motion sensor option that is in this version, so if this (non beta version) works OK on your tablet/phone, no need to update. |
[2013-02-18] A Google User: orientation settings Great app but I cant find how to adjust the orientation setting doesnt show me where they are been looking for a while now. |
[2013-02-17] A Google User: Nice idea But doesn't work consistently, and has been using more battery than it would have saved. Smart stay, now called eyespye I think, works better and uses a lot less battery. |
[2013-02-13] A Google User: Great when phone is unlocked There are some great new unlock widgets in the new version of Android. However whilst on the unlock screen it seems as though the orientation settings don't work but the count down timer does. Meaning that even if you have your finger on the screen, it will still turn off after 15 seconds whilst on the unlock screen. Fix this, and it's 5 stars. |
[2013-02-10] A Google User: Great Idea EPIC FAIL. Doesn't work - interprets phone orientation fine, but doesn't switch off screen. |
[2013-02-09] A Google User: Stopped working Nt |
[2013-02-07] A Google User: Doesn't work on Nexus 4 Screen stays on regardless of orientation. |
[2013-02-05] A Google User: Nexus 4 User Its not working for me..I waited for 5 minutes still the screen is not locking |
[2013-02-03] A Google User: Good app for phone without smart stay Very good apps. When in a orientation that out of screebl range, it dims and off the screen. When it is at a reading range, the screen just stay on . However, when the screen is dimmed and I put it back to a screebl working orientation, it stays dimmed (no off screen) but never back to the normal brightness. I'm using auto brightness for my display setting. Hope the next update can solve this. Overall, excellent apps from you. Thank you |
[2013-01-29] A Google User: Amazing I hated exploring the Web... But now it's amazing... It never turns off when I use it, except on the occasional leave on the table the phone while reading a pdf... The cool thing is it doesn't consume any power :) |
[2013-01-26] A Google User: Very useful It worked perfectly on GingerBread but is unusable on JellyBean. In JellyBean use Screebl Beta |
[2013-01-24] A Google User: Wifi issue? Used to love this but it's stopping the wifi fron sleeping!?!? |
[2013-01-19] A Google User: Great idea just doesn't work!! Recognised phone orientation fine. Just doesn't turn screen off go into sleep mode. Installed twice still same situation. |
[2013-01-19] A Google User: Awesome application This is a nifty application that solves the problem of your screen going black when you don't want it to. Guy that wrote it is pretty crafty. It would be nice to bring the angle down to 0 degrees if possible in the next revision |
[2013-01-07] A Google User: Love it It works great I love it |
[2013-01-05] A Google User: My die hard app Thank you! I can finally read in the dark!! |
[2013-01-03] A Google User: great |
[2013-01-02] A Google User: Seems pretty smooth... After a 3 days if I fell the same way..... Definitely buying pro version. Thanks |
[2012-12-29] A Google User: Screebel Lite Good |
[2012-12-23] A Google User: My screen time very poor, thus my games, hardly count to 25 before switching off ,can you please help me?. |
[2012-12-21] A Google User: What i need except 5 stars but i could not get it to turn back on without pressing the power button |
[2012-12-21] A Google User: Amazing! Truly one of the best! |
[2012-12-20] A Google User: Works fIne very simple Nice and easy to work. Never had a crash. |
[2012-12-13] A Google User: Ray Yes !!!!!!!! |
[2012-12-10] A Google User: Second bad experience with this app that I once paid good money fit After crushing my battery life by devouring performance on my mobile phone, I find that it does absolutely nothing on my nexus 7. Why do I bother? Because it used to work correctly back when I paid good money for it. |
[2012-12-10] A Google User: Simple but amazing Its apps like these that make Android great!! |
[2012-12-10] A Google User: Good For a while this app seemed dead in the water. But I have reinstalled it and all seems well |
[2012-12-08] A Google User: Work good on HTC evo 3d Please add option reset activity timer like on beta, I have problem with screen on after press power button. |
[2012-12-08] A Google User: galaxy note good work but drain battery (12% for this app) |
[2012-12-07] A Google User: Excellent and essential. It does what it says. Takes sometime to get used to though. Little tempremental at times but can’t imagine my S3 without it. |
[2012-12-02] A Google User: Been using for years and still a MUST HAVE for me. I hate it when I am reading and the screen turns off. That is why I love this app... As long as the phone is not laying flat the screen will stay on. I prefer Screebl over the Samsung Smart Stay app that watches your eyes as that app doesn't work in all lighting conditions. Also there are times I want the screen to stay on when I am not looking at the phone. With Screebl I just prop it up a bit and it stays on. |
[2012-11-30] A Google User: More like battery killer! Keeps turning screen back on after it times put-on a constant loop neverending :( |
[2012-11-30] A Google User: Good Keeps my screen on |
[2012-11-23] A Google User: Menu bar disappeared ! Not sure when this happened (or what version) but the menu bar to access all the songs has disappeared from the Screebl home screen - can't change any settings now! HTC One X ICS |
[2012-11-21] A Google User: Does nothing more then keep your screen on HTC Rezound... I cannot say if this saves any battery while it is working but what I DO know is that it only seems to keep the screen from timing out. If you forget to turn your phone off and put it in your pocket or put it out of sight, you will come back to a screen that is still on and your battery is obviously drained. Uninstalling after 3 weeks. Again, this only keep your screen turned on and it matters not what position your phone is held at. |
[2012-11-20] A Google User: Oh my God Screebl really something .It's really works. Save my battery for real. Superb. Excellent . Amazing. |
[2012-11-16] A Google User: great app sometimes it fails to recognize tilt and therefore fails after a time (possibly a few days being on), however it's great when it is working :) |
[2012-11-14] A Google User: One of the "Must have" for my phone. Very helpful. |
[2012-11-08] A Google User: Loce it, just the app I need! I really like it, its very useful and essential. I'm going to buy the paid version after the 2 weeks of testing. Highly recommended |
[2012-10-31] A Google User: Screeble I love this, it keeps your phone from sharing down. |
[2012-10-31] A Google User: Decent Keeps my screen on but uses more battery than it could save |
[2012-10-29] A Google User: Some issues I have the same problem as jesse where something keeps waking my screen which kills the battery over night. It uses 3% battery power right now. Fix battery drain issue and look into the app waking the screen now and then. |
[2012-10-28] A Google User: Wth!?! Keeps turning my screen on and off continuous when I listen to my voice mail messages. |
[2012-10-28] A Google User: Works very well It does what it supposed to! Excellent! |
[2012-10-28] A Google User: Grateful, but... This app needs an updated more frequently. Works as intended with Droid razr, but probably won't with jellybean. |
[2012-10-27] A Google User: Works Awesome |
[2012-10-24] A Google User: :) really good!! |
[2012-10-24] A Google User: Issue with Samsung G3 Works like a charm after the update - Awesome. |
[2012-10-17] A Google User: Not for me If u don't leave ur device perfectly flat, your screen will stay on forever. The stillness setting didn't seem to work for me. |
[2012-10-17] A Google User: T Nice! |
[2012-10-12] A Google User: HE'LL YEAH Wish I found this app sooner. Should come with the OS! Fine tune it and you can't live without it. |
[2012-10-10] A Google User: Seems to work, but a 6MB footprint? ..just to see if the device is horizontal? Sorry, that's a WAY neat idea but too expensive (large) for my phone. |
[2012-10-10] A Google User: Great Love it! |
[2012-10-05] A Google User: AH Cool app. |
[2012-10-04] A Google User: Really does make sense and makes difference Use it with proper setting and understanding. It is one of the best apps even though it's so simple. |
[2012-10-03] A Google User: Sreebl The answer to my prayers! |
[2012-10-02] A Google User: Not good This app knocks out my battery faster. |
[2012-09-29] A Google User: ERIC BROWN |
