Handy tool for computing seismic fold and trace density for simple orthogonal 3D land seismic geometries. Quickly check a design with this back-of-the-envelope app. You can even convert between metric and Imperial units.

The tool is very simple: just enter the maximum offset (or estimate this with depth), give the source and receiver line spacing and station intervals, and tap Calculate. If the live patch is smaller than the maximum offset implies, you can choose to enter a patch size. This reduces the effective area, and therefore the fold and trace density.

When you're done you can email the design to yourself or a colleague.

IP Locator is an easy way to track IP addresses and Domain names across the globe.

Using the user-friendly graphical user interface, someone can search for an IP address or domain name information like the country that it comes from, the city, postal code, time zone, longtitude, latitude etc. In addition, the user can present the location on a Google Map for better visualization.

Furthermore, some networking tools are integrated inside the application. These tools help the user find his device's IP address, the way he is connected to the internet as well as the device's networking interfaces and WIFI information.

It is an easy to use application, very useful for networking administrators for checking servers all over the world. The application, is using web services for searching and finding information about IP addresses or domain names, thus a connection to the Internet is necessary.

The application is tested on HTC Magic with Android 2.1 and Android 2.2.

*Needs Root access to work

*Disable (freeze) applictions you don't need on you'r device.
*Can install apps from sdcard (no root required)
*Can install apps as system apps (requires root)

Be careful when you disable or unistall, some applications are required for the system to work.
The disabled application will not start and the icon will not be shown.

*Also got the ability to unistall system applications but there are many reasons just to disable.
Such as:
Just enable to get them back.
Some devices can't uppdate firmwire if applications is missing.

Lite version is limited to disable one application.

@Armando, @dionisus, @jasand: There is a combination of hardware - android version, that on a few devices turns off accelerometer when the screen goes off. Please check latest version >1.4.0.

@uditha,@shiv: There is a fixed 3 seconds delay after pressing activate button.I'll make this delay dynamic in next version.

@jasand: This program was developed on a desire so I can asure you it works in sleep mode. Please try updating the rom of your device.

@sir: Using your own sound is NOW available. Password protection is not going to be be implemented as it will only give you an illusion of safety. Anyone could just turn off the volume or shutdown your phone. The best solution is to password protect your lock screen.
