To back up your weight data go to the weigh in page and hit menu. Then select 'Backup Weight Data'.

To import that backup go to the weigh in page and hit menu.  Then select 'Import Weight Data'.

To back up your data to a CSV file, go to the weigh in page and hit menu.  Then select 'Backup to File'. The location of the file will be in the com.wshuman3.weighttracker folder on your SD card
