SlowEater app is based on medical research and serves as your weight pacemaker, correcting your rhythm of eating, enabling you to lose weight without starving yourself, and to keep it.

All of us eat too much, too fast, too automatic. Often you keep on eating when not really hungry - missing the point you are pleasantly full, putting totally unnecessary extra fat on your thighs. SlowEater app helps you reprogram yourself, until mindful eating becomes natural for you.

Green screen - take a bite or a sip - it stays on to give you plenty of time to take a bite - but only one bite. Orange screen - please wait - it stays on giving you time to appreciate your food, to choose the next bite, to rest and to ask yourself - are you still hungry?

With SlowEater you can continue eating as long as you are hungry, it doesn't tell you what to eat, just how to eat it.
