やめたくてもやめられないスモーカーは今日も心の中でボヤキます。
そのボヤキをTwitterにつぶやきましょう。
Twitterで懺悔することで禁煙を手助けしてくれる友達から叱咤されます。
きっと禁煙意志を高めてくれるでしょう。

そんな禁煙を手助けするのが「吸っちゃった～・・・。」アプリ。
今日も吸っちゃった、を手軽につぶやくお手伝いをします。

----------使い方----------
1.Twitterアカウントを用意してください。持ってない人はアカウントを取得してください。

2.アプリを起動して「Twitter認証登録」をタッチしてください。

3.ブラウザが立ち上がるのでTwitterのアカウントを入力して「アプリを認証」ボタンをタッチしてください。

4.アプリに戻ってきたら「吸っちゃった～・・・。」ボタンをタッチしてみてください。
保存してあるテンプレートが表示され、内容を編集してつぶやくことも可能です。

5.テンプレートを編集するには「テンプレート編集」ボタンをタッチしてください。テンプレートを変更でき、自分のつぶやきを作ることができます。
いくつかアプリが置き換える文字があります。
#COUNT:その日に何本吸ったか、本数に置き換わります。
#TIME:前回のつぶやきからどれだけ時間がたったか"n日n時間n分"で置き換わります。
#succhatter:本アプリからのツイートしたことがわかるためのハッシュタグです。これは置き換わりません。
※「初期設定に戻す」ボタンをタッチすると初期設定のつぶやきが表示されますが「変更する」ボタンをタッチすまで反映されません。
テンプレート編集を行わないと以下のようなつぶやきになります。

6.ホーム画面でウィジェットを登録することができます。ホームアプリからウィジェットを登録してください。「吸っちゃった～・・・。」で見つけられます。

Ein BMI Rechner, in wirklich sehr schönem Design. 50 cent die sich sehr lohnen. Dies ist die PRO Version, mit welcher man bequem BMI Wert, Datum und Gewicht speichern kann. So kann man die Fortschritte schön festhalten und gegfls. gegen steuern.


Natürlich ohne Werbung. Zudem keine Berechtigungen!
Wäre auch merkwürdig für ein BMI Rechner, aber auch das gibts leider. Nutzen Sie es zur Gewichtskontrolle.
