NeedOmeter offers an intuitive way to rate the urgency of a phone call. The meter shows five stages of urgency expressed by both a number and a color: the most urgent calls will show a higher number. Let your buddies know you appreciate their time, and let them show you how much they value yours.

Call Announcer provides an audible caller id for your Android phone.  Utilizing your contact list and Google’s Text to Speech (TTS) capabilities, all incoming calls are announced alone or over your current ring tone.  Incoming SMS messages can also be announced and Read.  All announcements are fully customizable.

This application does not announce calls over Bluetooth devices.  Buying the license for the application will not enable that functionality.

Text messages can be announced over some Bluetooth devices.  Try the free version to see if it works with your device.
