Performance issues have been found on devices such as the HTC Wildfire, upgraded HTC G1, and Vodafone 845. These devices appear to not support the required OpenGL hardware for the dynamic blood splatter effects, and thus perform poorly.

A traditional board game from Madagascar (which was recently featured in Assassin's Creed III (*)).  Unusual features include the ability to capture a line of opponents either by approaching them or by withdrawing from them.  Supports two-player play. Includes a leaderboard.

(Common misspellings: Fanarona, Fanorana.)

This is the free version; as of 13 May 2011, I've taken out the ads.  The paid version is still available if you want to contribute.

Privacy policy:

Fanorona collects statistics on your wins for the leaderboard. However, these statistics are not associated with your real identity; a random identifier is generated for each user. Of course, they are associated with the name you choose in settings; but you are free to use a pseudonym there, or give no name and default to anonymous.   In addition, the leaderboard logs your IP address when you win a game.  I have been unable to get Google App Engine to stop this logging, but I have set it to discard the log after one day, and I promise not to use the IP address for any purpose, or to disclose it to any third party.

This simple Augmented Reality (AR) app lets you shoot holes in the world around you, saving the images to your phone so you can celebrate that perfect headshot... or crotchshot... or whatever it is you're aiming for.

Aim with your crosshairs and press the camera button, the center button on the directional pad or the crosshairs on the screen to fire. After each shot, an image appears to show what part of your target you hit. The images are automatically saved to the phone and are viewable in the Gallery. The size of these pictures is automatically determined by the phone's screen resolution.

【前田慶次（まえだけいじ）】
加賀藩の祖、前田利家の甥でありながら自由を愛し貫き通した歌舞伎役者。後に直江兼続の知遇を得て武将として活躍。必殺技では歌舞伎役者らしく、鉄砲を派手に乱射します。

【直江兼続（なおえかねつぐ）】
上杉氏の家老にして、前田慶次のよき理解者。「愛」の字をあしらった兜でも有名。必殺技では剣を天に掲げ、敵全体に炎を浴びせてダメージを与える。

【水原親憲（すいばらちかのり）】
上杉氏の重臣で長谷堂城の戦いでは前田慶次と共に善戦した。本ゲームでは、大筒を自ら操り、必殺技でも大筒士の能力を一気に上げることができる。

【春日元忠（かすがもとただ）】
武田勝頼の家臣だったが、武田家滅亡後に直江兼続に仕えた。長谷堂城の戦いで、前田慶次と共に闘っている。必殺技では敵ユニットの耐性防御を破壊する。

◆◇◆防衛ゲーム入門書◆◇◆

＜防衛ゲームとは？＞

味方キャラを画面内の好きな場所に配置し、入口から侵入してくる敵キャラが出口に到達するまでに撃退するゲームです。

敵キャラは基本的に最短ルートで出口に向かってきます。
味方キャラを配置して最短ルートを妨害し、うまく蛇行させることが攻略のカギです。

またこのゲームの最大の見せ場は「必殺技システム」です。
坂本龍馬など「剣豪キャラ」はそれぞれ固有の必殺技を放つことができます。
必殺技は強力なものが多く、一発で局面を変えてしまうことも可能です。

＜遊び方＞

１．味方キャラを配置しよう

味方キャラには、それぞれ以下のような特性があります。
・攻撃力が高い
・攻撃回数が多い
・攻撃する範囲が広い

味方キャラの配置には資金が必要です。
資金はゲーム開始当初は少なめですが、敵キャラを倒すことで増えていきます。
また、すでに配置した見方キャラにさらなる資金を投入することでレベルアップさせることも可能です。

２．Waveを開始しよう

Waveとは敵の侵入してくることを指します。

このゲームでは、好きなタイミングでWaveを開始することができます。
味方キャラの配置をし、準備を整えたらWaveを開始しましょう！

３．戦況を確認しよう

Waveが開始されると敵キャラが侵入してきます。
味方キャラは敵キャラが近付くと自動的に攻撃を開始します。
「剣豪キャラ」を配置している場合、好きなタイミングで必殺技を放てます。

必殺技は１度しか放つことができませんが、ピンチの時は迷わず使いましょう。


基本的な流れは以上です。
まとめると……

味方キャラを配置する（レベルアップをする）
↓
Waveを開始する
↓
戦況を確認する（必殺技を放つ）

といった流れの繰り返しになります。
ただし味方キャラの配置は膨大なパターンが存在します。
自分なりの工夫をして、敵の侵入を一切許さない「完璧な戦略」を目指していきましょう！
