Plug the volcano and stop it erupting.
Move or rotate a craft and catch falling blocks to create the plug, then move it into the crater so that it forms a perfect fit. Then the darkness lifts and the sun comes out.
Sounds easy? Just see how good your spatial awareness is as you create the shape one way up then turn it over ready to plug the volcano and realize you've got it wrong.
And how are your reactions? Just when you think you're nearly there, you let a block slip by into the crater - and this deepens the crater and changes its shape. And once you break through the crust, the volcano erupts and the game is over. Or maybe you catch some extra blocks so you need to reshape the plug using the missiles that fire in from the side.
If you find other falling shapes games, such as Tetris, frustrating and addictive, we think you'll soon be hooked on Volcano.
Note: ideally suited for larger screens and devices with fast processors, or for devices that can use a stylus rather than only a finger. For example, works well with Samsung Galaxy S 2, but not ideal for Samsung Galaxy Europa.
