This app will record a silent video and save it to the SDCARD. Also, it can send the video by email. The microphone is never turned on, and the resulting file has no audio track.

Upgrade: Preset what email you sent your video to in your settings.

This app has the same functionality as Silent Witness (free). The only reason to get it is that you are a wonderful  and good looking person that wants to enrich the sordid life of the developer. When you get the GOLD version, you make a difference.
