Love Clean Streets With Us.
The LoveCleanStreets (LCS) allows you to report problems such as graffiti vandalism, fly-tipping, damaged pavements etc to your Local Authority.
LCS brings citizens and local authority workers together to improve local environmental quality. The reports that you post are available for everybody to see. You can also see issues reported by local authority staff, police, local councillors and other partners. LCS also encourages those positive images of your local environment that you would like to share with others.
When you post an image for the first time, you will receive an e-mail asking you to register with LoveCleanStreets. Your reports will appear on the web site once they’ve been approved by an administrator (we need to filter-out spam or inappropriate images!)
Keep Britain Tidy With Us
LCS is much more than a reporting tool. LCS demonstrated that we can go way beyond making it ‘easy’ for citizens to report problems. We want to tap into the huge potential for local authority staff and partners to post their reports, and share what they’ve done with you. Lots of other Local Authorities are keen to join in with this approach. Along with our partners from Keep Britain Tidy we will make sure that your report goes to the right person in the appropriate Local Authority and that they keep you updated.
Develop With Us
LCS is powered by the unique public LoveCleanStreets api (Application Programming Interface) which allows a range of services to post and retrieve ‘LoveCleanStreets’ data. If you would like to develop you own custom application to take advantage of this api please visit the LCS web site for further details.
