By default you fire with 'Menu' and pause the game with 'Back' (you can change the keys in 'Options').

FREE Version Limitations:
Limited upgrades (e.g. maximum level of laser fire rate limited to 5 instead of 10)
Limited ammunitions
Limited number of automatic turrets

Note: If you just upgraded from Turret Free to the full version and you want to keep your existing profiles, you can backup your data (start Turret Free, go to 'Options' and select 'backup') and restore it in the full version.
