With Android Web Platform you can add, edit and delete web applications to your Android device and manage if the apps can access your device or not.

Android Web Platform lets developers build powerful and extensible applications based on web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript.
AWP exposes the native API of the Android OS so you can access it from Javascript to make toasts, notifications... all of these are native! So the look n feel of your app is close to Android's
With these tools you can make also offline webapps, so the app only have to be downloaded one time.
