webowl RSS reader & widget:
You can type or select your RSS url(utf-8,GBK,GB2312.Others type didn't be tested but please try if you want). The appwidget can show one message on your screen and you can press the Owl to view the next message or click the message to view all RSS messages in the app view. On the message list, you can click any one to the web browser.It supports 3 labels and you can set your label title and any RSS url for any one.
