This version has same functionality as "Contract Notice Alarm".

PERMISSIONS:

READ_CONTACTS permission is used to assign a contact to your contract, which is shown in the notification.

*_CALENDAR permissions are used for calendar synchronization.

SEND EMAIL TO GUEST is implied by WRITE_CALENDAR permission and IS NOT USED!
