✓ You must have either AT&T or Verizon Wireless.
✓ You must have online billing.
✓ If you are not signed up for online billing, then go to your carrier and sign up and come back to view your Peeps.
✓ You must know your online billing username and password.
✓ If you don’t know your username and password for sure then DON’T keep entering into MyPeeps because your carrier will lock your account for 3 failed attempts.
✓ You must NOT have an account that combines your wireless and landline bill, if you do then MyPeeps will not work.
✓ You must NOT have a bill in Spanish or MyPeeps will not work.
