Turn on/off mobile data (cellular data/2G/3G/4G) from a widget, a simple shortcut, or the notification window. Save battery or prevent being charged for data by turning it on/off only when needed.

This uses a direct method of turning data on/off and does not change the APN settings.

Works with Android 2.1 (Eclair), 2.2 (Froyo), 2.3 (Gingerbread)+.

Notes:
* Be aware that if you used another app that changes the APN to turn off data, you will need to use the same app to turn it back on.
* In Android 2.1 & 2.2, if you're currently connected via WiFi, it may detect the mobile data as disabled.

DataSwitch is a simple app that toggles mobile data (edge/2G/3G/4G) access. Small, terminates itself, not a widget and doesn't consume resources once it's done.

The app uses a direct method of turning data on/off instead of changing the APN settings and appears to be more effective on some phones like my Samsung Captivate (Galaxy S).

Notes:
* Be aware that if you used another app that changes the APN to turn off data, you will need to use the same app to turn it back on.
* If you're currently connected via WiFi, it may detect the mobile data as disabled which means the app will always try to enable it.
* Seems to work for Honeycomb (emulator), but untested on a real device.

Flash the screen, play a sound, or vibrate at set intervals when a new message is received or when a call is missed. Useful on phones without an LED indicator.

Monitors: Calendar, Email (stock app), GO SMS Pro, Gmail, Google+ Messenger, Google Talk, Google Voice, K9 mail, missed calls, notification tone, SMS/text, Skype (IM), WhatsApp, etc.

How To Use:
* Lock the phone (turn off the screen) to activate the app.
* When an SMS, Gmail, missed call, etc. is received, the app will repeatedly flash the screen, vibrate or play a sound depending on your settings.
* To stop the notification, simply unlock the phone (use the phone/turn on the screen).

Notes:
* If you're using a device that slowly ramps up to full screen-on, you may need to increase the default screen-on duration.
* If you're using a 3rd party lockscreen or disabled it, try unchecking "Normal Lock Checking." Please see http://tomatox.com/mmf#smi for more information.

This simply launches the LbsTestMode GPS test/setup app that used to be accessible on the Samsung Captivate, but no longer after the JH7 upgrade.

This is not LbsTestMode itself.

For Samsung Galaxy S-series only. Tested on a Samsung Captivate.

* Low vibration intensity (or none) on SAMSUNG devices: Go to Android's System Settings, Sound, Vibration Intensity and set the intensity for Haptic Feedback. You don't need to enable haptic feedback, just adjust the intensity setting. This value appears to be used on some devices even for a non-haptic feedback vibrate.

Automatically turn on/off WiFi, Mobile Data, Airplane Mode and Bluetooth settings at scheduled times.

Turn off data at night for an email/twitter-beeping-free sleep, saving some battery while you're at it, then have it automatically turn on in the morning.

Notes:
* If you experience a problem turning on/off Mobile Data, try enabling "Alt Mobile Data" under the Setup page.
* You can manually run a task by long-pressing it, then selecting "Run Now." You can also leave a task disabled (not scheduled) and simply run it this way.
* Avoid installing on an SD card, otherwise tasks may not get scheduled properly.

After upgrading, be sure to restart the app!
