NOTES:
- Internet is NOT needed for the dictionary, fully available offline. Guide is dynamic and requires an Internet connection.
- NO telephone access is required. There is an optional button in the "about" area giving you an option to call for legal help, toll free and that is the prompt you get for the app having access to use your phone. That's it. We're changing the button to a simple hyperlink for the phone number.
