This is a stop watch i made for HTC desire, i dont know if it works on any other devices, but please give feedback on this in comments so i can improve it, but it is a improvement to the standard stop watch implemented in the phone, with extra features.
and by the way, this app is made with app inventor.

this app should work on all phones, the only thing is, that the buttons and such may be out of the screen.
