Live Wallpaper showing an animated radar loop from NOAA. After installing, go to the Live Wallpaper settings and select it from the list.

Doesn't work with Samsung Moment, Droid Eris, or HTC Hero
Also, "Ground clutter" will sometimes show as rain when it isn't.
