The tool compares your actual food intake to the recommended 'Food Pyramid' for pregnant woman. It will calculate your result and based upon it, highlight any foods where you are above or below the recommended daily allowance of servings for that particular level of the food pyramid. It is a fun and practical tool to use, which will keep you on top of your diet throughout.
