Measure the angle of incline, as well as pitch and roll.  A variety of uses including measuring height of buildings, rockets, or latitude from night sky, also use for leveling, and determining grade of a surface, and more.  

Upgrade for Android 1.6 has been solved!  Should now work on Droid.

This app simulates the Atoms in an ideal gas.  It uses the real Newton's laws of motion:  Conservation of Momentum and Energy.  Shows that this results in PV=nRT.

The top chamber is hot.  Use hot finger/cold finger menu items to heat and cool each chamber.
