Revolt in Oz!

The Winkies, feeling that they had been treated unfairly following the events of the death of the Wicked Witch of the West, find leadership in a newly created "People's United Winkie Army" (PUWA for short). Led by a husband and wife team, Umb and Ra, the PUWA appeal to the Winkies plight by finding a common enemy, the Munchkins, who had capitalized the most off the Winkies fall from grace in the public's eye.

The Winkie's take to the streets, riled by their new extremist leaders, they defiantly murder those who they feel have oppressed them. Meanwhile, Umb and Ra, move forward with a more sinister agenda, putting pieces into play to allow them into a higher level of governance.

The Tin Man and his army, the first line defense, seem to be all but crushed by the new Winkie army, and things look glib. Queen Ozma struggles to find a way to defeat this new threat, but where is Oz's past savior, WHERE IS DOROTHY???
