It only supports a few select phones (Vibrant mainly), however, it has potential for other phones. They have to be added on a case-per-case basis.
Bloater can add back any original software that came with your T-Mobile Vibrant if you are on a custom ROM or if you have accidentally erased an application from your phone.
This will only work with Touch-Wiz based ROMs because most Vibrant apps require essential files only included with Touch-Wiz. Basically all this means is it won't work with CyanogenMod. With the new version, there could potentially be apps added that will work with CM. Be sure to read each category and make sure it applies.
Note: Avatar is NOT the whole movie, it is simply the shortcut application that launches it from your SD card. Furthermore, if you are having issues with it (as many are with Froyo) make sure you can play the movie from your Video Player. If you can't, neither can the app.
I have also removed The Sims to avoid any copyright issues!
Having issues downloading? Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Market > Close then Clear Cache.
