The Eye Care Center (ECC) is the major patient care and clinical teaching facility of the Southern California College of Optometry located in Fullerton, California.
The ECC is a world-class center for eye and vision care that's dedicated to providing excellence in patient care, clinical education, and research.
We are committed to keeping you well informed of your care. This app will help you send an electronic message for:
Appointments - Patients are able to request appointment preferences and an ECC staff member will call within 48 hours to schedule the appointment.
Eye Mail - Patients will be able to send an electronic request to communicate directly with their doctor or one of our staff members.
Rx Refill - Patients are able to submit prescription refill requests. Our response time will be no greater than the same day of the request or within 12 hours. If a request is not approved the patient will receive an email with an explanation and further instruction.
Order Status - Patients will be able to send an electronic request to check on the status of your order. Our response time will be no greater than the same day of the request or within 12 hours.
News - Keep up to date with all the happenings at the ECC.
