Spin The Wheel!!! Free is a fun and easy to use "decision wheel".  The Wheel is activated by touch and the faster you spin the Wheel, the faster it goes.  You can choose the Standard Wheels images or you can make your own using your camera or gallery for wheel images.  There are different spinning Wheel sounds too!
