Make sure you install "Purple VRS" from the Android Market first!
Purple Video Engine is a required component of Purple VRS, and will not run without "Purple VRS" installed.  

When Purple VRS is installed and run, the Purple VRS app will check whether the Required Video Component for Purple VRS is also installed. If not, the Purple VRS app will offer to install the Required Video Component for Purple VRS.

It’s easy to stay up-to-date! Please be sure to mark the box “allow for automatic updating.”

Watch, manage, and share your signed PurpleMail™ video messages directly on your Android device – anywhere, anytime. PurpleMail is a video-based message system for deaf and hard of hearing customers. Whether logged in at your home or office to Purple VRS, or on the road with your Android device, you can always access your PurpleMail video messages.

If Purple VRS is not your default VRS provider, you can access PurpleMail and other great Purple services today by contacting a Customer Care representative to set up your account at 877-885-3172 or by going to www.purple.us/register to get started.

All Purple services are FREE to qualified deaf and hard of hearing individuals.

Cellular or Wi-Fi network connectivity is required to download PurpleMail video messages to your Android device.

IP-Relay enables deaf or hard of hearing people to make and receive text relay calls on Android. Tap in a phone number on the keypad to start a call, or receive calls to your IP-relay number. Or, choose a contact from your address book and dial them with one tap. IP-Relay keeps you connected!
