This app provides a mechanism to set the delay to turn off the display to the minimum possible value. This makes it unnecessary to press the power button every time. Turning off the display immediately is prohibited by the operating system. During the time-out, clean-up processes are executed to re-organize the memory and improve the system speed. After 10 seconds, the display time-out is automatically reset to the original value.
The application window itself provides statistics about the usage of the widget (which corresponds to the usage of the phone). The second column informs about the usage during the last 24 hours, 7, 30 and 356 days. The third column shows the accumulated average use during the same periods. The calculation is based on the time of first call till now. That is why during the first few hours/days the average values will not be meaningful.
