YOUR ACCOUNTS
USE THE AUTHENTICATION CREDENTIALS OF AN ACCOUNT
Allows an application to request authentication tokens.
This permission is not used at this moment, we will consider remove it in near future. At this moment, even with permission, User is safe, since if application need to request a authentication tokens, user will be prompted to ask to accept or deny. Since application doesn't use it, user will not be asked, nor will application able to grant any access to user accounts
YOUR LOCATION
COARSE (NETWORK-BASED) LOCATION
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate device location, where available.
Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.
This permission is needed for Admob Ad network deliver Ad base on user location
NETWORK COMMUNICATION
FULL INTERNET ACCESS
Allows an application to create network sockets.
This permission is needed for downloading feed from internet
STORAGE
MODIFY/DELETE USB STORAGE CONTENTS MODIFY/DELETE SD CARD CONTENTS
Allows an application to write to the USB storage. Allows an
application to write to the SD card.
This permission is needed to store offline content on sdcard
SYSTEM TOOLS
MODIFY GLOBAL SYSTEM SETTINGS
Allows an application to modify the system's settings data.
This permission is needed to create shortcut on home screen
PREVENT DEVICE FROM SLEEPING
Allows an application to prevent the device from going to sleep.
This permission is needed, during application sync it prevent device from sleeping, which will force sync to stop

DISCOVER KNOWN ACCOUNTS
Allows an application to get the list of accounts known by the device.
This permission is not used, but reserved for future to allow user to send article to them self (by discover email address). We will consider remove it in near future

CONTROL VIBRATOR
Allows the application to control the vibrator.
CONTROL FLASHLIGHT
Allows the application to control the flashlight.
These two permissions are needed for notification when new articles are available
NETWORK COMMUNICATION
VIEW WI-FI STATE
Allows an application to view the information about the state of Wi-Fi.
This permission is needed to detect WI-FI state, and allow application to have setting only sync when wi-fi become available
VIEW NETWORK STATE
Allows an application to view the state of all networks.
This permission is needed to detect Mobile Network state, and allow application to have setting only sync when mobile network become available
SYSTEM TOOLS
AUTOMATICALLY START AT BOOT
Allows an application to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the device and allow the application to slow down the overall device by always running.
This permission is needed to allow application to start when phone rebooted
