All motorised road vehicles are tagged with a registration or licence number in India. The licence plate (commonly known as number plates) number is issued by the district-level Regional Transport Office (RTO) of respective states.

The first two letters of the registration plate represent the State in which the vehicle is Registered.
The next two digit numbers are the sequential number of a district. Due to heavy volume of vehicle registration, the numbers were given to the RTO offices of registration as well.

> Move2Sd enabled. Application can be moved to sd card.
Go to applications->SMS LIbrary-> Move to SD Card after updating to his version.

Well, we can't tell you "who" but can help by telling "where" the call is from.
Use this application and just enter the first 4 digits of the ten digit mobile number, and you will get the
Telecom Circle (State / Metro) and the Operator of the calling number.

Note: The Operator shown here is the first assigned operator for MSC code. With mobile number portability in place, the number could have ported to some other operator. Numbers ported to other operator is still being shown as the first registered operator of the number.

Keno Bingo (v. 1.3.8)

Keno is a lottery gambling game. Predict which numbers will be drawn by marking from 1 to 15 of the numbered blocks ("Spots") on the board. To mark a block simply hover over the block and tap it. The block will change colour to indicate it has been marked. To remove a mark, just tap on the block and it will change back to the original colour.

When you are satisfied with the arrangement of your Spots, click the PLAY option on the Betting Board to start the game.


The PLAY option is enabled once you mark at least one spot on the Keno board. You can mark up to 15 of the 80 possible numbers, but no more than 15. You are paid if one or more of the numbers you marked is randomly selected.
