SafeTxt allows you to archive your SMS messages to your GMail or Yahoo! Mail account, allowing you to remove them from your device and free up space. It will create a new folder / tag named "SMS" in your mail account, and store your messages in there.

It is purely designed to archive your messages, and does not support restore of messages back to your device.

This app is completely free, and does not contain any advertising.
