You can have customized columns that will give your customer an exact idea on what your products and prizes are. The app will do the calculation and give you a final total. You can have a maximum of 5 columns including the total column, which will help you to add headings for each column. When you use the application for the first time, you will need to give your company details – this will be used when you generate the bill. At this point, you can add your company logo as well, so that it is visible when you generate the bill.
By giving your customer a quote at the right time, you are giving your customer an accurate amount without any guesswork. This is ideal from a customer’s point of view, since they can easily make a decision based on the information provided. The minute you generate the bill or quotations you can directly send it to the customer, and send a copy of it to your email address too. The bills are automatically saved into your phone’s memory card and be retrieved whenever you need them. This is given so that you can have a track of the bills provided.
