Relaxed Abs now has exercise videos. Relaxed Abs is the easiest core and abdominal workout fitness timer. Relaxed Abs is an ab workout timer which speaks to you using Google Text-to-Speech (TTS). Do a daily ab workout or make multiple workouts to fit your schedule.

To workout:
1) Choose your exercises.
2) Enter the duration for each exercise.
3) Click start and workout. Relaxed Abs will tell you what exercise is next, how much time is left and when to start and stop.

- Create and edit unlimited workouts.

- Turn off sound in the settings.
- Adjust sound volume on workout screen.
