C4 Messenger is a software application that allows users to communicate through instant messaging. C4 Messenger enables user to communicate with family and friend as well as large groups of people through group chat capability.

The highlight of this application is a dual management of chatting, which enables you to make important notification stand out so that everyone in the group won't miss something important. Once you flag your posting with a title, that indicates importance to members and also starts counting how many members in the group have acknowledged the entry. You can even sort flagged entries to catch up every important news at a glance!

The users can identify C4 Messenger member directly from their contacts list, thus enabling easy registration among members.
Absolutely no charge. No log-in required. Furthermore, C4 Messenger supports Google Voice Recognition software.
