Password Vault securely stores and manages passwords and secrets on your Android phone.It store password in ecrypted form.
Now you have to remember only one master code.
The application is interoperable to move all the secret information from one handset to another without any loss of data,
i.e. both import and export of passwords can be done when migrating from one handset to another.  
Also, a backup facility is included in the application which allows the user to create a CSV file of all the passwords on the SD card of the handset.
