HOW TO USE:
Calculate strike water and infusion temperatures on the fly by sliding to the desired measurement and nudging the increments with the + and - at each end. Next adjust grain weight and water ratio to get your grist perfectly balanced. Set strike temps for Dough-In, Protein Rest or any other infusion temperature you desire. Not sure of the setting, tap and hold the label to pop up brew tips and definitions.
Different homebrew recipes may call for different infusion temperatures and methods. Stop approximating and get it right every time with Mash.
