PodPlayer+ is an extended version of my popular PodPlayer featuring a Library and Player plus:
* No ads
* Playlist
* Sleep timer - with restart timer option when you're not sleepy :)
* Control the player using your headphone media buttons
* Landscape and portrait mode
PodPlayer+ requires the following permissions:
PHONE CALLS
READ PHONE STATE AND IDENTITY
INTERCEPT OUTGOING CALLS
PodPlayer will pause your pod should a phone call come in, resuming it again after you hang up. We do not collect any other information about your phone or your calls.
STORAGE
MODIFY/DELETE USB STORAGE CONTENTS MODIFY/DELETE SD CARD CONTENTS
Allows PodPlayer to access the sd card where you store your podcasts
SYSTEM TOOLS
MOUNT AND UNMOUNT FILESYSTEMS
Allows PodPlayer to check that an sd-card is mounted.

Also check out third party app 'Wave Control' in the Android market. Control this and other media players by swiping your hand over the device sensor. It is awesome.
Constantly under development this will be the best, and only, Podcast Player App you will ever need.
The Library only shows your podcasts and not all your other media, so you can easily select and play the pods you want.
With a database behind it, it remembers which Pods you have played and allows you to continue from where you last left off. A great feature.
I use this app every day. I wrote it for me but I am giving it to you.
