Animify Lite is to animated notifications what Androidify is to... making cute android caricatures of people, I guess.  

Ok, this ad supported app allows you to tie tons of android notifications to animations and sounds from Star Wars, Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter and others.  

For each notification animation you can change pick the position where it will appear on the screen.

For each notification animation you can selece a sound or just play a animation with no sound (or vice versa)

Obviously not all notifications will apply to all devices (for example, trying to set a notification for a keyboard detach or slide event is probably not going to do much if your phone/tablet doesn't have a keyboard!)  Some of the notifications are really only applicable to sounds.  For example, for a screen off event you will not see any animation, as the screen is off.

Some of the many notifications that are supported:
* SMS Text message received from a non-specified contact
* Keyboard detached (for the Asus Transformer and such.)
* Keyboard slide in (for Motorola Droid, Incredible and the like)
* Screen On/Screen Off (Screen Off applies to sound only)

* USB mass storage connected/disconnected
* Orientation change
* Screen configuration change (Like for the Echo maybe?)

From those who didn't bring you Androidify comes Soundify.

Soundify is to sound notifications what Androidify is to... making cute android caricatures of people, I guess.  

Ok, this app allows you to tie tons of android notifications to your own sound files, or the many provided favorites from Star Wars, Star Trek, Transformers, Harry Potter and others (like the infamous 'droid' sound from Motorola droid)  Again, users also have the option of choosing their own file with this simple to use interface.

For each notification sound you can set the volume to a constant level, or choose to let the system volume control it.

Obviously not all notifications will apply to all devices (for example, trying to set a notification sound for a keyboard detach or slide event is probably not going to do much if your phone/tablet doesn't have a keyboard!)  Some of the many notifications that are supported:
* SMS Text message received from a specific contact
* SMS Text message received from a non-specified contact
* Keyboard attached/detached (separate sounds for each!) for the Asus Transformer and such.
* Keyboard slide in/out for Motorola Droid, Incredible and the like

Check out Zedge in the android market for a great free app for downloading tons more sounds.  Once you download a sound use Soundify 'Choose your own file' and look for the sound.  (If you use a file explorer look for the file in sdcard/zedge.)

Androidabot:
Turns your ASUS Transformer tablet into a real Transformer!

NOTE:  This is for devices with DETACHABLE keyboards!  For a version of the app that works with sliding/closing keyboards search for "Droidabot Transformer"

Enable this simple service and when you "transform" from tablet to laptop or laptop to tablet you you will hear that familiar "doot doot doot doot" sound of a robot to vehicle transformation.  So, is your new tablet a Decepti-tablet or an Auto-pad? ASUS-Prime or ASUSTron?  EEEPadBee or PadScream?... you get the point.

Developed and tested specifically for the ASUS Transformer Honeycomb Tablet, but there is no reason it shouldn't work for any device with a removable keyboard.  NOTE:  "Removable" means that the keyboard completely detaches from the device (Like the ASUS EEEPad Transformer).  Again, see "Droidabot Transformer" for a version designed to work with sliding/closing keyboards.

Droidabot:
Transform your 'Droid.  

Enable this simple service and hear the familiar "doot doot doot doot" of a Transformer changing modes when sliding your physical keyboard in or out.  

Written with devices like the Motorola Droid and HTC Dream in mind, this should work for any Android phone with a sliding (or detachable) keyboard.  NOTE:  The Echo is not currently supported.
