TGPhoto turns “foreign to me” into “now I see”. Just start the TGPhoto application on your Android device, fill as much of the screen as you can with the foreign writing, touch the shutter button in the upper right hand column, and seconds later you can view your translation on your phone.

TGMobile Translator provides permissions based multilingual text chat rooms, as well as a personal translator for those times when you are not in "chat mode".  With TGMobile you can have multiple people speaking multiple languages in one chat room, with everybody reading text in their chosen language.
