Five games taken from standard psychological tests to improve your intelligence, memory, attention . These tasks are designed to implement a wide range of tests that are used throughout the psychological, neuropsychological research and clinical communities.

Dual N Back : An important scientific journal, shows that a particular memory task called dual n-back may actually improve working memory (short term memory) and fluid intelligence. Corsi Block Tapping (Forward and backward) :  Also known as the Corsi Span Test, this psychological test is commonly used to determine the visual-spatial memory span and the implicit visual-spatial learning abilities of an individual. This App is a collection of Taekwondo forms videos in youtube.  The current version has Palgwae and Taeguek forms 1 to 8 . I will add more forms to this app in the next version.

Forms are best learned from a good school and Taekwondo forms vary by school and style
